All services are fulfilled digitally. Project timelines, deliverables, and scope of work are outlined in individual agreements tailored to each client’s needs. Progress is communicated via email and scheduled reports, and all major deliverables are sent electronically.
Shipping Policy
We do not ship physical goods. All services and deliverables are provided digitally via email, secure links, or shared platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, or client CMS).
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, we do not offer returns. Refunds may be issued only in accordance with the terms stated in the individual project agreement.
